About me

My name is Jan Czarnomski. My passion for psychology has accompanied me since my youth. Since then, I have been asking myself how human suffering arises, and I later studied psychology in Düsseldorf. At the University of Dortmund, I conducted research in developmental psychology on the topic of “Imitation and Temperament in Early Childhood.” I combine the knowledge gained from university with my interest in philosophical, psychological and spiritual authors such as Erich Fromm, Carl Jung, Khalil Gibran, and Laozi. Their wisdom inspires me to view the human experience holistically and to understand the deep connections between mind, body, and soul.

For many years, I have practiced meditation, a practice that helps me gain insights and continue to evolve. A congenital condition, which has accompanied me throughout my life, has also provided me with the opportunity to get to know myself better and to grow through this experience.

Music also plays an important role in my life. It has helped me stay connected with the essential aspects of life and nurture a connection to my inner self. This access to liveliness and mindfulness directly flows into my work as a counselor. I believe that every individual has the necessary resources to overcome challenges, and my role is to support you in recognizing and utilizing your own strengths.
