Procedure

After you have expressed your interest via the contact form, I will send you an anamnesis sheet. Please send it back at least 24 hours before the first meeting. This will make the initial consultation easier, since I can already adapt to you.

  • Typical schedule:
  • 1) Initial consultation
  • 2) Exploring your concerns
  • 3) Defining goals; Exploring potential
  • 4) What to do?
  • 5) Revision and adjustment

Depending on your liking, a session can also take place as a walk, in a cafe or during another activity. It all comes down to what you are most comfortable with.
